How To Make Vegetable Briyani in Home

Biryani Rice is a mixed rice dish from India.

 

It is made with spices, rice, vegetables, or meat. This tasty rice dish is easy to cook, and vegetarian or non-vegetarian is very good for meals.

      Total time: 90-180 minutes

Vegetarian Biryani incredients

      4 cups basmati rice
      3 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste
      5 green chillies (or less, depending on taste)
      Finely chopped 1 onion
      Finely chopped 2 tomatoes
      2 teaspoon EA Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
      Cashew
      4 tsp oil or ghee
      2 cups carrots, peas, and finely cut beans
      2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
      3 teaspoon chili powder (or less, depending on taste)
      Mint leaves and coriander leaves (handful)
      ½ lemon juice

Wash basmati rice. Before cooking, you have to wash rice. Fill a big bowl with cold water and put it in rice. Use your hand to stir the rice in one direction. Water should be cloudy, hence the water of the clouds should be inserted. Fill the bowl with water. Continue to wash the rice until the water is cleaned.

      Washing rice removes surface starch and any debris.

Soak the rice

Cooking the Biryani

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
 Add clove, cardamom, and cinnamon to the pan. Sootle for a few seconds, then add onion. Onion until onions become transparent. [2]
