How to make white forest cake without oven

 It is the best cake but it also give  us fat don’t eat daily.If you eat cake in a week or month .If you are a sugar patient do not eat such types of foods which will increase the sugar level of your body and fat also.So lets start ….

for making the cake 
all purpose flour -1/2 cup
baking powder-1.5tsp
egg-4 number
unsalted butter-2tbspn
refined oil-3 tbspn
salt- one pinch
vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
powdered suagr-1/2cup
For sugar syrup :
water-1 cup

granulated sugar-1/2 cup
For garnishing:
Fresh cherries/glazed cherries-250 grams/1 can White chocolate shavings&curls
For frosting:
Heavy whipping cream-2cups
Icing sugar-4tbsp
vanilla exract-1.5tsp

Making procedure
Step-1
All purpose flour-1/2 cup,Baking powder-1.5 tsp,then sift together flour and backing powder,set aside then take 4 eggs and separate egg yolks and egg whites.Beat the egg yolks well then add 2tbspn unsalted butter and refined oil-3tbspn then one pinch of salt and 1/2tbspn vanilla essence.mix it well then keep aside then beat egg whites and  add 1/2 cup powder sugar to it.Add powdered sugar
little by little and beat again.Transfer egg yolks mix it then Transfer all purpose flour and baking powder mix to it and fold it .Here i am baking this in stove top use a thick bottom pan and non stick pan if possible.Then apply butter or ghee and transfer  our batter ot it .Cover with lid and bake it in very low flame for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre cones and clean.
Now our cake is done.invert cake into a wire rack and let the cake rest for 30-45 minutes.
Step-2
Making sugar syrup.Get ready with cherry &white chocolate shaving.
Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup water to saucepan take water and sugar in small saucepan stir  ,bring to a boil,and allow the sugar to melt.Then switch off the flame and let it cool for 5 min.Here i used”fruits filing red cherry”then we needed white chocolate shaving( you can use milky bar for this purpose).
Step -3 
heavy whipping cream-2 cups transfer cream powder top chilled food processor then add chilled milk of 1 and 1/2 cups to it add vanilla extract -1.5 tsp beat this for 4 minutes.Our whipped cream is ready Don’t use directly keep it refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
Step – 4 
use rotatory cake lung stand for easy access to all side of the cake for frosting Carefully slice the cake with segregated knife into two or three layers.Now our frosting also done reserve 1/2 -1 cup of whipped cream for decorating.
* apply little whipped cream in the base then place base piece of cake.Drizzle sugar syrup over the top of the layer .spread a generous layer of the whipped cream on top and level it then spread fresh cherries without syrup or glazed cherries. Then spread white chocolate shaving the place the second layer,this step will continue till third layer and fill full cream on the cake and decorate it
